Registration Fee Schedule

According to IMS regulations, the IMSEA steering committee has approved the following registration fee schedule, which covers conference materials, coffee breaks, a dinner party, a performance admission, and more.

Early Bird Registration Fee (before July 15):

• Category 1: IMS members – RMB 619 (EUR 80)

• Category 2: Non-members – RMB 743 (EUR 96)

• Category 3: IMS students and other IMS members without full-time affiliation – RMB 433 (EUR 56)
  Note: Individuals earning more than USD 40,000 annually should select Category 1.

• Category 4: Student non-members and other non-members without full-time affiliation – RMB 526 (EUR 68)
  Note: Individuals earning more than USD 40,000 annually should select Category 2.

 

Regular Registration Fee (after July 15):

• Category 1: IMS members – RMB 768 (EUR 100)

• Category 2: Non-members – RMB 937 (EUR 122)

• Category 3: IMS students and other IMS members without full-time affiliation – RMB 538 (EUR 70)
  Note: Individuals earning more than USD 40,000 annually should select Category 1.

• Category 4: Student non-members and other non-members without full-time affiliation – RMB 653 (EUR 85)
  Note: Individuals earning more than USD 40,000 annually should select Category 2.

For participants with accepted abstracts who are experiencing financial hardship, please submit an application by July 15. The LOC will review applications and may offer a limited number of registration fee waivers or reductions on a case-by-case basis.
